DIPLOMAT, GERMAN FOREIGN OFFICE VISITS IADS

The Director IADS, Research Prof. Ayo Yusuff received Laslo Jaeger, a Diplomat from the German Federal Foreign Office – West & Central Africa Division on August 4, 2025. 

On the occasion of a courtesy visit to the Institute of African and Diaspora Studies (IADS), Laslo Jeager expressed profound joy and admiration for the vibrant atmosphere and the Institute’s unwavering commitment to advancing research in Africa.

The Director highlighted the Institute’s dynamic initiatives, scholarly engagements, and innovative research efforts, particularly those aimed at deepening global understanding of African heritage, culture, and contemporary realities.

Laslo noted that the strides made by the Institute in fostering interdisciplinary collaboration and in promoting research excellence are truly inspiring.
