Folktales and Indigenous Knowledge System in Africa.
Obiageli C. Okoye is a Lecturer at the Department of Sociology University of Lagos. Her research interests include Tourism, Cultural Studies, Gender and Family. She has published in reputable journals both locally and internationally. She is a CODESRIA (Council for the Development of Social Science Research in Africa) laureate.
Dr. Mofeyisara Omobowale obtained a PhD in Cultural/Medical Anthropology from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. She is a Research Fellow at the Social and Behavioural Health Unit of Institute of Child Health, College of Medicine, University of Ibadan. Dr Omobowale blends anthropological knowledge, theories and methods in teaching and researching public health issues to impact society’s well-being positively. She uses anthropological prism to research child and adolescent health, sexuality and gender issues across cultures.
Dr. Ifure Ufford-Azorbo hails from Ikot Abasi in Akwa Ibom State. A Senior Lecturer and Fellow of Theatre Arts who teaches dance, acting and traditional African theatre in the University of Uyo. She is an arts adjudicator and consultant, TV Presenter, librettist, playwright and a versatile theatre practitioner married with children.
