Prof. Dr. Muyiwa Falaiye

Muyiwa Falaiye, Ph.D, MNAL is a Professor of African Socio-Political Philosophy and an expert in African and Diaspora Studies. He is the Director of the Institute of African and Diaspora Studies as well as the Lagos ACC. With over 60 publications in high impact local and international journals, Falaiye has, through his research activities, demonstrated competence in African and Diaspora Studies, African Philosophy and Philosophy of Development.

Sylvester Odion Akhaine earned his Ph.D. in Politics at Royal Holloway, University of London. Widely published, he is currently a Professor of Political Science in the Department of Political Science, Lagos State University, and Contributing Editor to the UK-based Review of African Political Economy as well as a Visiting member of the Editorial Board of the Guardian.
Dr. Folashade Adegbite
Folashade Adegbite, a Legal Practitioner, and a Notary Public, lectures at the University of Lagos. She holds a doctoral degree in Private and Property Law. Her Research areas include: Medical Law, Family Law, Sexual and Reproductive Rights, Child Rights, Torts Law and Gender Studies. Folashade has published widely.
Stephen Ajadi
Stephen Ajadi is an award-winning Architect, Management consultant and Development Economist. He has consulted at various levels across Europe and Africa. He is a doctoral scholar at the University of Cambridge where he studies and teaches Economic Development. He is the current President of the Cambridge Initiative for African Urbanism.
Tolulope Adejumo
Tolulope Adejumo holds a Bachelor and Masters’ degrees in Political Science (comparative politics) at the University of Ibadan, Oyo State. He is presently the Business Development Manager of Gofem Royal Properties, a Lagos base real estate company. He is a social critic and consultant to political and administrative organisations in Lagos and Oyo State.
