Most Rev. Dr. Matthew Hassan Kukah is the current Bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Sokoto in Northwestern Nigeria. Kukah has served in many presidential initiatives such as the Human Rights Violation Investigation Commission, the Electoral Reform Committee and the National Political Reform Conference. Kukah holds a Doctorate Degree from the School of Oriental and African Studies. He was a senior Rhodes scholar at St. Antony\u2019s College, Oxford and a Mason Fellow at the John F. Patricia Donli is an educationist and lecturer of over 40 years in the Department of Biological Sciences, University of Maiduguri. She holds various certificates: gender, environment & sustainable development, good governance, Certificate in Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution; monitoring and evaluation. Prof. Donli is the founder of Gender Equality, Peace and Development Centre (GEPaDC). He was the Vice Chancellor of Igbinedion University, Okada, Edo State (2004 \u2013 2018). He has consulted for the USAID, DFID, UNDP, and the Open Society Initiative for West Africa (OSIWA).
