The projects approved consist of both short-term (maximum of two (2) years) and long- term (maximum of four (4) years). Therefore, projects initiated during the first phase in 2026 are expected to be completed no later than world-making by examining how people may digitally intervene into the environmental harms of past industrial mining; how they experience the environmental afterlives of mining and how they may theorise community intervention.
